What is Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)?

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an out-of-court dispute resolution process between consumers and traders. It is an alternative mechanism to trib様です, faster, less expensive and flexible.

  • Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform:

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers to lodge online complaints about online purchases and service contracts concluded online. The ODR platform is available in all official EU languages.

Before using the RAL:

  • The consumer should try to resolve the dispute directly with PROSPERIDREAMS LDA. You can contact us at [email protected]
  • The consumer must submit his complaint to the alternative dispute resolution entity within the statutory limitation period.
